Court orders Tompolo Wanted

 

A Federal High Court  in Lagos has declared warrant against Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo for failing to appear before  to answer to a 40 count charge of alleged 13bn fraud.

The court had earlier threatened that it would order the arrest of the former commander of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) if he fails to appear in court today.
