Below are the steps:
1. WAIST
Measure around your waist at the widest part.
2. HIP
Measure around your hip at the narrowest part.
3. THIGH
This is your upper thigh, right under the buttocks. Start the tape at the front of your thigh and wrap it around towards the back before bringing it back to the front. Mark the number at the point where the tape measure meets itself.
4. IN LAP
Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to the floor.
